Online Entry Procedure:
Note: If you are a WA member, you will need to be logged in to purchase your entries at the discounted price.
Manual Payment Entry Procedure:
All exhibitors must:
- Be current financial members of AMHS Inc.
- Be the registered owner or leasee of all entered exhibits. NO exceptions
- Must hold current registrations with AMHS or a recognised Miniature Society
- Familiarize themselves with our Show Rules and Code Of Conduct prior to attending the show Must make themselves aware of the AMHS Show Rules and any changes or amendments made by Show Committee prior to and during the event
- Ensure all handlers are eligible to enter the show ring and are also members of AMHS.
Stables must be booked thru the venue, not via AMHS.
Stables: $30.50 per day
Tack/Feed rooms: $17.00 per day
Stable bond: $42.50 per stable. This fee is fully refundable once stable has been cleaned out.
If cleaning stables ALL bedding must be removed (not just manure) and placed into the correct designated areas.
CAMPING & PARKING
Camping must also be booked thru AELEC.
Camping: $29 per night
Any unauthorised camping without paying the appropriate fee will be asked to leave and may be excluded from further participation in the National Show without refund.
Golf carts are permitted.
Hiring can be done thru DTM Tamworth.
Only persons over 18yrs with a valid drivers license are permitted to operate a golf cart.
Please contact DTM for your Golf Cart requirements
Dogs must be under control at all times.
Please clean up after your dog, or they may be banned from future competitions.

All exhibits must be measured prior to entering the showring by the official measurer(s).
It is a condition of entry that you accept the measurement of the official measurer(s).
Exhibit numbers will have a sticker added after measuring, with your exhibits height.
OFFICIAL MEASURING TIMES
Tuesday 18th February - 3pm -5pm
Wednesday 19th February - 6.45am - 7.15am
Thursday 20th February - 6.45am - 7.15am
Friday 21st February - 6.45am - 7.15am
Saturday 22nd February - 6.45am - 7.15am
We ask that all exhibits that are already on site during these times be measured on that/those day/s.
If you or your horse/s are not going to be on site during those times, you will need to book a measuring time.

There will be NO measuring during show times unless otherwise arranged with show management.
Please bring your horse(s) papers to the measuring bay with you incase they are required.
All exhibits shall be permitted up to 3 preliminary measurements.
All horses competing un the 34” & under section, over 34” to 38”, over 38” to 42”, and over 42” to 50” will be measured at the last hair of the mane to ensure a consistent and fair measuring procedure for all entrants in these classes.
Purebred American Shetlands, Miniature/Small/Little Ponies are taken from the top of the wither.
Your exhibit number will have a sticker added once your exhibit has been measured and the measurement has been accepted by you.
Exhibits entering the ring without the official sticker will not be permitted to enter the arena.
Please bring sufficient handlers to the measuring bay to assist with rugs to prevent delays.
All rugs must be removed for measurement.
All measurements are to be as of 1st August age, NOT actual age.
Height for age now applies to all divisions with the exception of Miniature/Small/Little Ponies.
